Phillips Joins Caddell Communications as Account Manager
Durham, NC . . . Courtney B. Phillips has joined Caddell Communications as an Account Manager, announced Susan L. Caddell, president.
Caddell Communications is enjoying a growing client base, Ms. Caddell said. Recent staff additions complement our expanding portfolio of clients. Ms. Phillips will be an integral part of our team, providing marketing and management expertise. As 2008 progresses, you will see Caddell continue this growth trend as we pursue our goal of being the premier community bank marketing firm in the Southeastern United States.
Courtney joins the firm with over 10 years of strategic marketing experience, most recently as the Senior Marketing Manager for General Growth Properties (GGP) at The Streets at Southpoint. At Southpoint, she successfully developed strategies to position the center as the Triangle’s premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Courtney’s responsibilities included strategic planning, client relations, public relations and event management. Most notably, she worked with the center’s media partner to expand the signature Tree of Lights event which in 2007 was attended by more than 45,000 people and included performances by national recording artist Lifehouse. GGP recognized her success by awarding her the 2007 Best Shopping Center Marketing award.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Averett University and received the Certified Marketing Director designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
