Susan Caddell
President and Owner
Susan has more than twenty-five years of experience as a marketing professional. She has worked for such companies as Virginia National Bank in Richmond and Arlington, Virginia; Central Carolina Bank in Durham, North Carolina; and Triangle Bank in Raleigh, North Carolina. At Triangle Bank, Susan was a Senior Vice President and the organization's Director of Marketing. During that time, Triangle grew from $138 million to $2.8 billion in assets and from six offices to 70 before merging with Centura Bank. Susan has broad marketing experience, including market planning, marketing management, advertising, sales management, public relations, shareholder relations, merger communications, and product promotions. She is also president of Jackson's Ridge Creative, a company focused on creative writing projects. Susan is a native of Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. She lives with her husband, Bobby, and Golden Retriever, Jackson, in Durham, North Carolina.

Bobby Caddell
Executive Vice President and Managing Partner
Bobby has been involved in the company since the beginning in informal ways. He officially joined the company in January of 2008 to manage day-to-day operations and production. Bobby most recently was a Territory Manager for HS Fasteners of Conover North Carolina. He also spent several years in real estate management for BNP Residential Properties and United Dominion Realty Trust, and served as production manager for Medtek Diagnostics in RTP. Early in his career, Bobby operated an eight-color rotogravure printing press, experience that has proven useful in taking print pieces from concept to final product. Bobby graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in business administration. He is a native of Durham North Carolina and a talented amateur vocalist.

Courtney Phillips
Account Manager
Courtney Phillips is an Account Manager and a recent addition to the Caddell team. She brings to the position over 10 years of strategic marketing experience. Courtney's love for marketing touches every part of the process from long-range planning to seamlessly executing each detail. Her expertise includes strategic planning, public relations, and campaign development.
